Game is hella balanced but i would agree with dgs list. About king yea she has hella priority in this game. I dont see a need for tier in kof like how it was in unbalanced street fighter we just need to. With 58 characters reworked game speed complete overhauls for existing characters plus a slick aesthetic makeover kof 02 um is the definitive king of fighters. But as much fun as i envision 2k2 um to be youll simply have to accept the idea that this game wasnt meant to be very balanced once.
